The New Era.

WarFeather went out to go hunting and a small patrol.

RangerSpirit went onto high rock and made an anoincement "I am now retiring to the Elder's den." she said and looked into the elder's den.

RageStar nodded and went our hunting with Warfeather.

Dangerpaw went into the apprentice's den to sleep.

Lynxeye went into the warriors den to sleep. He felt very tired suddenly, and he caught Blackclaw, who had been sleeping the whole day. He prodded him sharply with his paw. "Hey! If your sick, go see Berrynose. But until then, make yourself useful and go hunting!" He spat at the smokey black tom.

Blackclaw growled but didnt protest. He got up and stretched, making sure Lynxeye saw how many muscles he had and how big they were before he left.

Lynxeye gave him a big bite on the hind leg, sending him away with a loud caterwaul. 'Try and scare me huh?' His mind spat. He layed down and curled up in his nest, keeping his ears low as if he was sleeping, but he kept awake somehow.

Jupiterpaw went into the nursery to say goodnight to Stormkit and her eyes opened wide in fear. "Mother!" She yowled loudly, dashing towards her mother.

Featherdream looked puzzled at her daughter. "What is it?" She asked.

"Stormkit! He's g-gone mom!" Jupiterpaw spat the words in pure disgust.

Featherdream's eyes grew wide with fear now and she ran to tell Berrynose, who came out immediatly and helped her search every den.

"Hes gone to Silverclan with Fallenpaw." Dangerpaw simply said.

Jupiterpaw looked up, her eyes even wider. "What?!" She hissed. "That little piece of fox-dung! I will have his head when I find him or see him again." She spat.

"Thats quite unlikely, considering that his new clan is going to burn, he might die" Dangerpaw meowed cooly.

Jupiterpaw nodded. "Yes, I know." She sighed, seeming regretful.

Dangerpaw hoped her father was right, because she knew that hunting with Jupiterpaw was about to begin.

(No Jupiterpaw will practice fight with Warfeather lol)

Lynxeye ate a mouse and walked towards Dangerpaw. "Go and eat, we are about to go practice our hunting skills." He mewed to his daughter, his eyes sparkling.

Jupiterpaw walked up to Warfeather. "Can we practice fight today?" She asked.

(I meant to say border patrol)

Warfeather nodded and found a soft grassy patch to practise in"attack me."

Dangerpaw yawned and got a piece of kill.

(lol. That would be at sunset.)

Lynxeye groomed his fur while Dangerpaw ate.

Jupiterpaw nodded and crouched, raising her tail in the air. She ran forward and jumped behind Warfeather and bit her hind leg gently, not wanting to hurt her mentor.

Warfeather turned over and pinned her down.

Jupiterpaw did what her mother had shown her. She kicked up violently with her back legs.

Arfeather stood her ground and put her mouth around her apprentice's neck, softly.

Jupiterpaw growled and began kicking at Warfeather's soft underbelly, her claws sheathed.

Warfeather tightened her grip around Jupiterpaw's neck and then backed off "Ypu would be dead by now." she said.

Dangerpaw yowled "Silverclsn had the fire now!" she spoke loud and clear.

Jupiterpaw looked up. "Stormkit!" She yowled, dashing away.

Lynxeye nodded. "Well then lets go see where they have gone." He mewed.

"Jupiterpaw! He's fine!" Dangerpaw yelled.

Jupiterpaw stopped and looked at Dangerpaw. "How do you know?" She asked.

"Because I can see them in the border." Dangerpaw said.

"Well it looks like they are getting farther in." Jupiterpaw mewed, looking over the wave of cats.

"Ill warn Ragestar" Dangerpaw said and ran to her grandmother.

Ragestar, Warfeather, and Dangerpaw waited for SilverClan.

Sockstar walked up to Ragestar with Hawkwing and Ravenwing. "Ragestar, our camp has burned down and we had to leave." She began, looking back at her cats as Dewleaf and Suneye began to mourn for Rabbitpaw and Crowpaw. "May we please stay with WarClan until we are able to return to our camp and hunt in our territory?" She asked in a quiet mew.

Ravenwing turned his head and had a coughing fit, hoping not to get any of it on Sockstar. He went to go see Fallenpaw.

Hawkwing sat down, admiring his mate and his kit.

RageStar siged "We'd be happy to aid you." she said.

Warfeather smiled "hello father." she mewed.

Dangerpaw sat next to Warfeather.

Hawkwing purred and licked Warfeather on the head. "Its great to see you Warpaw. Who is this?" He asked, turning towards Dangerpaw.

Lynxeye walked over to Dewleaf and Suneye. "Let me show you where you can bury them safely." He whispered to the pregnant she-cat and the tom.

Dewleaf and Suneye nodded and picked up their kits and trotted after Lynxeye.

Featherpaw sat with Fallenpaw and Stormpaw.

Jupiterpaw watched as Stormpaw and Fallenpaw began talking.

Sockstar purred thankfully. "We will hunt twice as well to help feed us all, Ragestar." She mewed to the she-cat. "My Clan thanks you and your warriors for their generocity." She went on, dipping her head to the she-cat.

Blackclaw growled low from the warriors den. He didnt like rival Clans very much.

Fallenpaw looked up as Ravenwing approached. "What is it?" She asked, standing up immediatly.

Ravenwing looked at Fallenpaw. "I got too much smoke in my lungs." He coughed.

Fallenpaw nodded. "Stormpaw, show Ravenwing where some water is. It will soothe the pain while I go and find some herbs." She mewed to the apprentice.

Stormpaw nodded and led Ravenwing away.

"Your granddaughter" Warfeather answered.

Dangerpaw smiled with her dagger like fangs "Hello grandpa!" she said.


Ragestar nodded "Welcome, again."
