Another New Begining

WhiteStar shook her head "Remember your vigil."

Poppypaw yowled in happiness, Spiderpaw calmly smiled then both of them went and found Mooneye. "When can we start?" Spiderpaw calmly asked.

Mooneye looked to her apprentice "At dawn tommorow." she said to him.

"But theres only vigil for the warrior ceremony." Honeypaw protested.

WhiteStar smiled at Honeypaw "Its always good to practise" and with that she went out to hunt.

Honeypaw flattened her ears and sat down beside the camp entrance, mumbling darkly to herself.

"Ah ah ah!" Leafpelt purred, swiping her tail over her adopted daughter's mouth. "There will be none of that. This is a silent vigil and will be treated as such." She said, getting into a crouch next to Honeypaw's ear. "Besides, the enemy lurks near... Waiting... Watching... Just for Honeypaw to keep this up..." Leafpelt said, walking off with her tail held high.

A silent Nightpaw lurked in the bushes, no one could smell him, or see him.

Honeypaw growled irratably and sat with her ears pricked and her eyes unglazed.

Poppypaw started singing. "'As the stars light up the night sky with the moon on their side, the peaceful breeze starts whispering to the trees and the clans gather below the stars to speak to those whom past. Starclan watches and freats for the safety of those who live their lifes with happiness and glee...'" She continued singing.
Spiderpaw listened to his sister, allowing the words to sink into his mind.

NightPaw was hunting in the deep forest.

BluePaw was listening to the singing.

WhiteStar was gathering herbs for Leafpelt.

Graynight was sleeping.

MoonEye was hunting

Leafpelt walked into camp with a squirrel, a mosue and a vole clamped in her scarred jaws.

Honeypaw slowly but sureley fell asleep.

"Well this is stupid, I'm going to sleep." Poppypaw yawned.
"Whitestar wants us to stay here." Spiderpaw whispered.

(Ima start up some trouble! =D)

Honeypaw snapped instantly awake as a crow shot up into the air, letting out a loud alarm call. The forest went silent except for the loud pounding of paws on the ground.

Spiderpaw remained silent, breathing softly, he stared at Honeypaw with a small smile.
Poppypaw was about to make her way to the apprintices den when a strange cat walked into the clearing. "My name is Rainshadow," The she-cat spoke with a wise, kind, and gentle voice. "I came to the clans from the Mountains, I was newly named a sharp-claw, then a cougar attacked so I came here."
Poppypaw looked at Rainshadow.
Spiderpaw bowed his head to the cat without saying a word.
Rainshadow smiled.
Poppypaw yowled. "Whitestar!"

Honeypaw looked up, her fur slightly bristling.

Rainshadow raised a paw to Honeypaw. "I mean no harm, I only wish to live in peace." She said gentely.
Spiderpaw looked at Honeypaw and softly poked her. "I'm sure she's peaceful." He whispered softly.

Honeypaw nodded and sat down, dipping her head to the she-cat.

Leafpelt padded out of her den and looked at the she-cat.

Rainshadow smiled at all the cats.

Honeypaw licked her paws and stretched out.

Spiderpaw watched the Moon disapear.
Rainshadow yawned, then licked her paw and purred.
Poppypaw yawned.

Honeypaw got up as Leafpelt nodded to show the new apprentices that their supposed to be silent vigil was over.

Spiderpaw stayed where he was, watching peacefuly as the sun struggled to raise.
Rainshadow giggled.
Poppypaw laughed.

Honeypaw shot towards Leafpelt. "Can I go hunting?" She asked.

Poppypaw yawned.
Spiderpaw slowly rose to his paws and tryed to find Mooneye.

Leafpelt purred and nodded and watched Honeypaw dash away. "Such an eager young cat." She purred.
