"No, he's the father, he has the right to see his kits" Bluefur said to Leafpelt, licking the first little kit, a girl. Her eyes were gold, and her pelt was a dusty grey, like stone.

Leafpelt nodded and hit Honeypalm with her paw when she saw her gaping. "Leave the couple alone! We left you alone when you broke Nighteye's heart, didnt we?" She reminded her foster daughter with a hard stare.

Honeypalm dipped her head. "Sorry." She growled.

Dustfoot purred and sat next to Bluefur.

Flowerspirit felt her heart drop at the mention of her brother's name.

Bluefur smiled as she curled her tail around her two kits "Stonekit and Rainkit" she purred, Stonekit curled up around her mother while Rainkit prodded at his father.

"They're beautiful." Dustfoot purred, rubbing his head affectionately against Bluefur's.

Bluefur purred.

(I need to learn how to kill my cats e.o Im gonna get waaaay too many like when Silvermoon was pregnant again, again, again, and again.)

Leafpelt dropped borage leaves, moss and poppy seeds in front of Bluefur. "Sip on the moss, eat the borage leaves and the poppy seeds." She meowed.

Bluefur did as she was told, then she turned to Dustfoot "Dustfoot, I need you to take the kits back with you, WhiteStar would never let me be deputy if she knew about this"

Dustfoot nodded. "Alright, Bluefur." He meowed, licking the kits.

Leafpelt looked at Bluefur. "This is your final descision, correct?" She asked.

Honeypalm shut her ears to the noise.

Bluefur sighed "Yes." she meowed, holding them in her tail "Dustfoot will take Rainkit, and I'll raise Stonekit here, I'll just tell WhiteStar that I found her"

Stonekit suckled with Rainkit.

Dustfoot nodded and licked Bluefur behind the ear. "I wont let you down, Bluefur. I will raise this kit to be loyal and know who his mother was." He purred.

Stonekit rubbed against her brother before Bluefur picked her up and carried her to the camp "Bye broder" she called.

Bluefur carried Stonekit to camp.

"Bai!" Rainkit called after his sister as Dustfoot carried him away.

Dustfoot flicked his tail in farewell to his mate and padded off quickly.

Leafpelt followed Bluefur.

Honeypalm followed Leafpelt quickly.

Stonekit sighed and darted into the nursery.

"Who is this?" WhiteStar asked.

"A kit I found, Stonekit" Bluefur answered.

Leafpelt dropped some juniper in her stores and Honeyleaf headed for the fresh-kill pile carrying a rabbit and a squirrel.

Flowerspirit dropped some poppy seeds into the stores.

Whitestar nodded "Very well, put her into the nursery

Leafpelt almost let out a sigh of relief but kept it in.

Honeypalm curled up in her moss bed.

Snow came back into camp, her tail drooping and her head hanging.

Tallkit came scampering over. "Mommy mommy! Whats wrong?" He mewled.

Snow looked up and her hard expression softened. "Bramble is.... Never coming back." She meowed.

Tallkit didnt seem phased by his death. He just scampered off.

Spiderweb sighed, he slowly walked to a juniper bush and walked into it.

Snow sighed. "What am I going to do with that child?"

Whitestar shook her head.

Honeypalm woke up with a long, thoughtful stretch and let out a purr of delight as she felt a small kick. "Oh Leafpelt!" She meowed, bounding over to her mother's den.

Leafpelt was out gathering herbs, so she didnt hear Honeypalm's call.

Tallkit tumbled with a ball of moss as Snow watched.

"Leafpelt is out gathering herbs, I can help you if you need it." Flowerspirit said, looking up from organizing her herbs.

WhiteStar hunted.

Bluefur cared for Stonekit.

Spiderweb walked to Honeypalm. "Whats wrong?" He purred calmly.

Honeyleaf winced a bit. "Oh nothing, just a bit of pain." She meowed, continuing towards Flowersprit.

Flowerspirit gave Honeypalm some poppy seeds and then said "I have discovered a new herb in our territory, called cat tails, the roots help with cramps" she meowd, giving it to Honeypalm.

"Ooh thanks you!" She meowed, bundling up the herbs. "Leafpelt would love to hear about it. Now, ill be moving into the nursery." Honeypalm purred, bounding away.
